MyIP from Frontier Voice and Data is a hosted IP telephony service that provides a comprehensive range of call handling features. The monthly rental includes all maintenance and support costs.  The need for significant capex in a traditional phone exchange is reduced as businesses enjoy the same features without expensive and complex equipment. Customers will improve their productivity and communications with an easy-to-use interface and powerful call management. We can also simplify your supply chain by providing your access including broadband, LAN and MPLS connectivity.

Non-Geographic Numbers belong to a group of numbers that, unlike normal landline numbers, are not tied to one specific area of the UK. Calls to these numbers are ‘pointed’ on to an existing landline number. These services are known as Non-Geographic Numbers (NGN) or Number Translation Services (NTS numbers).

NGN's can provide a single number for customers to call regardless of your location, offer business continuity for incoming calls and can help to improve your call handling.  These numbers provide a low cost solution without a large capex on hardware or a site visit.  Available numbers include:

• 0800 Freephone 
• 0845 'Local rate'
• 0870 'National' Rate
• 0844/0871 Special Rate
• 090x Premium Rate

Calls to 0300 range numbers cost the same as calls to standard landline numbers. The ranges 0300 and 0303 are available to charity and non-profitable organisations with 0330 and 0333 numbers available to businesses.
